I've been employee #1 in the growth marketing team responsible for the entire marketing strategy, execution, budgets, and development of the team. Worked very closely with the Product Development team and Enterprise sales. 

Using a combination of growth hacking, paid channels, content marketing, and lifecycle journeys Pathfinder scaled to 5000+ paying merchants. 

Working directly under the CEO, I have provided data and support for board meetings and fundraising activities driving towards a series A round.

I have led the Global Marketing Automation department at Xero changing the way the business approached communications using automated customer journeys making sure that the right person was receiving the right message at the right time.

The next step was working on digital orchestration throughout the onboarding process for trialists and new users optimising the experience and maximising conversion rates.

During my time at Xero we have received the Marketing Nation Revvie 2017 Award for best global rollout.
