You'll pay a fixed monthly cost of £2,000 - £4,000 depending on the stage of your business, going up to £10,000 for mature companies with complex challenges. We can also enter a revenue share agreement based on how well we are hitting our goals. Alternatively, I can work with you on a fixed-term fractional basis where I will help you with the growth challenges you're facing. My day rate starts at £500 and, depending on the stage your business is at, goes up to £900. A portion of the fee can be supplemented with equity for interesting and promising projects.
